1. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, you are eligible for a full refund within 6 to 7 days of placing the order. This applies only if the customer expresses dissatisfaction with the book or product.

2. Digital Download

We provide digital eBooks only. These will be sent to the customer's provided email or phone number. No physical or raw book copies will be shipped.

3. Digital eBook Terms

• The eBooks are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect email or contact info.
• Once the eBook is delivered digitally and accessed by you, than it is considered as a completed order.
• Unauthorized copying, printing, or modifying of the eBooks is strictly prohibited.
• By purchasing, you agree not to claim ownership of the content within the eBooks.

4. Customer Support & Dispute Policy

In case of any issue or dissatisfaction, we kindly request customers to email us first before raising a dispute or case on PayPal. If a case is opened on PayPal without contacting us, only a partial refund will be issued. This is due to PayPal transaction charges and penalties that we incur as a result.
